• Telstra Building in Brisbane – two levels of fitout
• Robina Town Centre extension – site set up, hoardings, timber and finishing work
• Brisbane International Airport extension – site set up, hoardings and timber work
• Visage – award winning luxury home and unit development at the Hyatt Coolum 
• Brisbane’s Gallery of Modern Art (GOMA) & State Library – timber and finishing work 
• Brisbane Taxation Office, Chermside – all external cladding
• Sunshine Plaza extensions – decking, timberwork and various tenancy fitouts, including cinemas
• Royal Brisbane Women’s Hospital extension – Hung 5200 doors
  (the second largest door contract in Australia at that time)
